It is our normal policy to ensure that all the items we sell are in stock but all items are subject to availability.

We hope you will be totally pleased with your purchase and will never feel the need to return anything to us. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product for any reason provided it is in a fully resaleable condition with its packaging in tact.

All you have to do is wrap the item in secure outer packaging, enclosing your details (and the order reference would be very helpful) and send it back to us at our usual address. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. These are available free of charge from the post office.

Returns should be made within 28 days. To help us maintain a good service to our customers we would be really grateful if you could also tell us why you are returning the item. Your refund will be made or exchanged goods sent once the product has been received by us. 

All items are checked before they are dispatched but if an item is faulty for any reason please return to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange as you prefer.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use information collected about you, such as address, email address etc to process your order/enquiry and to provide you with the best possible service.

We may use the information to keep you informed of features, services, products, promotions and special offers from this company.

We will not pass your information to any third party without your consent.

We try hard to ensure that we show all the items we sell on our website as accurately as possible. Sometimes slight colour variations may occur. This will depend particularly on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

KidsTravel2 (KT2) total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by KT2 to the customer. KT2 shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon us by statute. KT2 cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the website. KT2 does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until [14] days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

When you place an order to purchase a product from KT2 your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

KT2 endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, KT2 does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed.

KT2 shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.

KT2 shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
