Ordering
Once you have selected your purchases please enter our secure checkout via the shopping cart. This allows you to place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any problems or questions please contact us and we promise a quick reply.

We are happy to accept payment by credit/debit cards and Paypal.
Postage & Packing
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery to all UK addresses for orders over £40.
For orders under £40, P&P is just £2.95 for Standard Delivery.
Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail and as this is not a guaranteed service we estimate delivery is 3-4 days after despatch.
We are sorry but we do not currently ship orders to any country outside of the UK.
Guaranteed Next Day
These are guaranteed next working day services using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for orders placed by 12pm. A signature will be required on delivery:
- UK only - Guaranteed next working day delivery after despatch for all orders NOT containing suitcases - £8
- UK only - Guaranteed next working day delivery after despatch for all orders containing suitcases - £17.99
Please note all orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. We are sorry but we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service for orders to arrive on Saturday.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if placed the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be deemed to have been placed on the following Monday.
All orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order although we usually despatch within 24 hours. Normally we have all goods displayed in stock but in the unlikely event the goods are not in stock, an email will be sent to you giving you the options to either wait or to cancel the order.
Credit Card Security
All of our credit/debit payments are processed via Paypal and are therefore protected by their extensive security processes and systems.
Returns We hope you will be totally pleased with your purchase and will never feel the need to return anything to us. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product for any reason provided it is in a fully resaleable condition with its packaging in tact. The amount refunded will be minus any post & packaging costs incurred by us when sending out your item in the first place.
All you have to do is wrap the item in secure outer packaging, enclosing your details (and the order reference would be very helpful) and send it back to us at our usual address. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. These are available free of charge from the post office. Please note that we do not refund you the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item is faulty, in which case you will be refunded for returning a faulty item to us.
Returns should be made within 28 days. To help us maintain a good service to our customers we would be really grateful if you could also tell us why you are returning the item. Your refund will be made or exchanged goods sent once the product has been received by us.
Faulty Goods
All items are checked before they are dispatched but if an item is faulty for any reason please return to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange as you prefer. In this instance we will bear the cost of you returning the goods to us.
