Ordering
Once you have selected your purchases please enter our secure checkout via the shopping cart. This allows you to place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any problems or questions please contact us and we promise a quick reply.

Payment Methods
We are happy to accept payment by credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Delivery to Mainland UK*
We are pleased to offer Free Delivery to all UK mainland addresses* for orders over £50. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service for orders placed by 12pm.  The only exception to this is for our Samsonite Sammies suitcases which are despatched free of charge but on a 3-5 day delivery service.

If your order is under £50, we charge £5.50 P&P for orders containing suitcases.  This is a guaranteed next day delivery service fulfilled by Interlink Express for all orders placed by 12pm.

For orders not containing suitcases we charge £3.95 and packages are sent Royal Mail First Class.  You can opt for the Express Next Day Delivery service via Interlink for £5.50 if you prefer.

We can deliver to the following areas at an additional cost - please contact us for details and to agree the best delivery method to suit your requirements:

  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • the Isles of Scilly

We are sorry but we do not currently ship orders to anywhere else at this time.

Delivery Schedule
Please note all orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We are sorry but we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service for orders to arrive on Saturday.  Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if placed the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be deemed to have been placed on the following Monday.

Normally we have all goods displayed in stock but in the unlikely event the goods are not in stock, an email will be sent to you giving you the options to either wait or to cancel the order.

Credit Card Security
All of our credit/debit payments are processed via Paypal and are therefore protected by their extensive security processes and systems.
Returns

We hope you will be totally pleased with your purchase and will never feel the need to return anything to us. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product for any reason provided it is in a fully resaleable condition with its packaging in tact.  The amount refunded will be minus any post & packaging costs incurred by us when sending out your item in the first place. 

In the first instance please contact us to let us know you will be returning the goods.  We will then advise you where you should ship the goods back to.  All you have to do is wrap the item in secure outer packaging, enclosing your details (and the order reference would be very helpful) and send it back to us at the address we give you. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. These are available free of charge from the post office.  Please note that we do not refund you the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item is faulty, in which case you will be refunded for returning a faulty item to us.

Returns should be made within 28 days. To help us maintain a good service to our customers we would be really grateful if you could also tell us why you are returning the item. Your refund will be made or exchanged goods sent once the product has been received by us. 

Faulty Goods
All items are checked before they are dispatched but if an item is faulty for any reason please return to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange as you prefer.  In this instance we will bear the cost of you returning the goods to us.
