Bank Transfers - You will need to transfer the funds from your bank account to ours after you have completed your order. Please note orders will not be despatched until the money has been received in our account.

Postage & Packing
1 UK Only - Free Standard Delivery (3-4 working days after despatch)
2 UK Only - Guaranteed next working day delivery after despatch for all orders NOT containing suitcases - £8
3 UK Only - Guaranteed next working day delivery after despatch for all orders containing suitcases - £12.50
Please note all orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt
UK Free Delivery - We use Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service so orders should arrive within 3-4 days after despatch.
UK Guaranteed Delivery - These are guaranteed next working day services using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. A signature will be required on delivery.
We are sorry but we do not currently ship orders to any country outside of the UK
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed after 2pm are treated as if placed the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be deemed to have been placed on the following Monday.
All orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order although we usually despatch within 24 hours. Normally we have all goods displayed in stock but in the unlikely event the goods are not in stock, an email will be sent to you giving you the options to either wait or to cancel the order.
Credit Card Security
All of our credit/debit payments are processed via Paypal and are therefore protected by their extensive security processes and systems.
Returns
We hope you will be totally pleased with your purchase and will never feel the need to return anything to us. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product for any reason provided it is in a fully resaleable condition with its packaging in tact.
All you have to do is wrap the item in secure outer packaging, enclosing your details (and the order reference would be very helpful) and send it back to us at our usual address. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. These are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns should be made within 28 days. To help us maintain a good service to our customers we would be really grateful if you could also tell us why you are returning the item. Your refund will be made or exchanged goods sent once the product has been received by us.
All items are checked before they are dispatched but if an item is faulty for any reason please return to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange as you prefer.
