Your Gift Vouchers will be emailed to you once we have verified your payment and completed your order. Using the voucher is simple - it will have a code which the recipient of your gift will need to enter at the checkout when they place their order. They can use it towards a more expensive purchase and simply pay the difference when they checkout. The voucher must be spent in full as I'm afraid refunds can't be given on any unspent amount.  Gift Vouchers make a great present if you like our site and products but aren't sure what the person your are giving it to has or needs.  They are much more personal than giving money or a cheque as it shows you have given some thought to what the recipient would like but are also giving them the freedom to choose their own gift.  Speaking as a mum, the other added bonus is that you can avoid the hassle of duplicate gifts!
