Do you ship to Australia?
At this moment in time unfortuantely we don't ship to Australia(it is something we are working on). We do ship anywhere in the UK

Are all your items in stock?
Normally we only have items in our shop that we have in stock. In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone to review the options.

Do you ship to the USA?
No i'm sorry we don't at the moment due to export tax, rules and shipping complications.

Why don't you show a contact telephone number?
The beauty for us in running an internet business is the flexibilty this gives us to fit around our family and other commitments. We do not work regular office hours and have found in the past having a contact phone number has not worked for customers. We usually use email, although of course if a customer wants to discuss a matter with us they email us their number and at their request we telephone them back.

Do you have a brochure?
No not at present. Our product range is growing all the time and any brochure we might produce would soon be out of date.
